TextLev (“we”, “us”) provides software for recording LEV thorough examination and test results. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Questions: hello@textlev.com.
Our role
For account and billing data about our users, we are the data controller. For the client, site and test data your organisation enters into TextLev, you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling it only on your instructions to provide the service. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Data we handle
- Account data: name, work email, organisation name, role.
- Service data you enter: client and site names and addresses, LEV system details, test readings, notes, photos and generated reports.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and plan, not your card number.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions and basic server logs for security and debugging.
Why we use it
- To provide the service and send reminders and invitations you have asked for (contract).
- To take payment and keep records (contract, legal obligation).
- To secure and improve the service (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We use these sub-processors to run TextLev:
- Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Resend: transactional email (invitations and reminders).
- Stripe: payments.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Test records and reports are kept while your account is active so you can meet your record-keeping duties. On request we will delete or export your organisation’s data, subject to any legal retention requirement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to processing, by emailing hello@textlev.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
